The class is taught by Murielle Carrasco, The Garage Studio manager, senior Pilates teacher with 25+ years of teaching experience, Back4good practitioner and rehabilitation expert.
The class is slow paced with simple exercises to release stiffness and tension, strengthen the entire body, challenge your balance and coordination and improve your walking gait.

What to bring: The studio provides mats, all the props you need, small towels and water. There are changing rooms, lockers and toilets.
