Ante-Natal

It is not recommended to start Pilates during the first twelve weeks of pregnancy because of the small risk of miscarriage. Not that Pilates or any form of exercises will actually provoke one but it could affect your psychological relationship to exercise.

After twelve weeks of being pregnant, Pilates Studio sessions and Active Birth Yoga are highly recommended.

Post-Natal
